    "Dangerous cripple"

    Pros

    The backup is useful but a moderately computer-wise user can figure out how to accomplish the same thing without the aid of software.

    Cons

    Crippled free version connects you without your permission to an open forum where users (supposedly) upload and download drivers. Risky at best.

    Summary

    There really don't seem to be any worthwhile free driver updating apps out there. Lots of come-ons.
