    "Must be logged in as an Administrator"

    Cons

    There are other products out ther that accompish the same task, while being uable to al users on a Windows box.
    "False Alarms": on several products (Including Windows live Messenger).
    Missed a number of programs.

    Summary

    You can accomplish the same thing with several competing products out there which are more thorough, don't give "false alarms" and run from any account (administrator or standard [unprivileged]).

    It also missed a number of outdated programs that the competition did not.
