    "Best Free Optimizer."

    Pros

    For being free this is great. Many cleaners, defraggers, and optimizers. You can even schedule when you want Wise Care to run.

    Cons

    No Privacy cleaners unless you purchase the program.

    Summary

    The best program for the average computer user.
