    "solved my windows shutdown issue"

    Pros

    I am running windows 8 pro. my continuously system got stuck on the shutdown screen. it won't shutdown even after waiting for mints. looking for a free registry cleaner i somehow ended up downloading this tool and cleaned my laptop windows registry with it.
    Surprisingly the issue disappeared I don't know what it did but it must be related to windows services. As the shutdown screen most probably in the background closes the system services
