    "This is a useless program"

    January 27, 2013  |   By Maninthebay

Worked fine for a few months.
    Nice interface.
Looks good but looks can be deceiving.

Gave me the Blue Screen of Death twice.
    Too many bells and whistles.
Claims to be able to repair too many problems.
Next to non existent tech. support.

I used SM for about a year and thought it was so good I accepted their discount offerings and paid up till 2015.
For some reason (or no reason at all) it always showed many errors that I think were not there. In my opinion SM claims to be able to fix too many problems. It's a jack of all trades program but master of none.

What really scarred me was that while performing a task (Energy Booster) I got the BSD (Blue Screen of Death). Lucky for me that my computer restarted. After this I scanned my computer for viruses, did a system file check, etc. etc. then took a chance in performing Energy Booster again. I got the BSD again. That was it.
I e-mailed support on January 19, 2013 and as of today January 27 I did not get a reply. So much for their support.

The best thing I could do for my computer is UNINSTALL SM.
CCleaner and Defraggler will be just fine for me.
Even that I am paid up till 2015 I would rather absorb this loss then lose my operating system.
