    Paid my 4.99 for special offer. Downloaded. Ran. Found many problems. Click to fix. Entered key code two times. Wrong code each time. Called 1-888 number and connected to a distant planet. Informed my computer was at fault. Did not believe. Removed the program from my computer. Demanded money back.

    Summary

    I am surprised by CNet involvement in this endeavor.
