    "Quick spring clean"

    Pros

    Unintrusive - just sits in the app bar and does it job.
    Quick - only done it twice but does a nice little optimize.

    Cons

    A bit more detail on what it's actually doing, even if it's only available as an "Advanced" option. Maybe a bit more time to make a selection to throttle a misbehaving app because the machine can be a little slow to respond when something fired.

    Summary

    Nice little app that keeps my Mac running smoothly and has helped identify a few truant apps that were seriously hogging my CPU (I'm looking at you Firefox!).
