AV-Comparatives is horrible. If you want accurate AntiVirus tests, use the ones tech companies like PC World use which is AV-Test.org. AV-Test.org ranked them this way in the latest test 1. 360 Internet Security (15.5 of 18). 2. Comodo (15 of 18). 3. Avast got a (14.5 of 18). It's worth noting that AV-Test.org rates on three categories which are protection , performance, and usability (number of false positives). From a strictly protection standpoint Comodo ranked highest with a 6 of 6 with Avast second at 5.5 of 6 and 360 Internet Security at 5 of 6. 360 came out with the top grade because Avast was low in performance, and Comodo rated low in usability. 360 was the only free app that scored at least a 5 in all three categories. So it offered the best blend of protection, performance and usability.
