    "Great product."

    December 11, 2012  |   By TheAl12345

This product has lived up to its name. It blocks known and unknown exploits. It is a simple set and forget product.

Currently, it has a few false positives and a crash happening in Firefox browsers.

Remember, this product is still in early beta stage. I have used this product since it first came out and haven't disliked it yet. Please, if you guys can kindly go to there site and signed up at the forums and help out. You can test this product out on there with exploit kits and report issues. We are looking for testers for this product. I am signed up there and I am willing to help you guys out, too. I know a lot of this product, already. Incase no one is aware, update to the latest comodo version and do not set the HIPS to paranoid level both software should run fine. Also, fixes for webroot and trusteer with there latest versions have been releases. You may read more on the forums for ExploitShield. Also, if anyone detects malicious software with the download package on cnet, please be aware that cnet has third party applications included with their downloader. Some do install without user consent. If you happen to run across any infected downloads, please uninstall this along with whatever else it installed, and download a clean copy from the homepage. One last thing, users appear to be having issues with opening ExploitShield. ExploitShield can only be opened through the taskbar, not the desktop icon. Please check the forum sites for more information on product issues and upcoming features for newer versions.
