    "Awful. Customer Service terrible."

    Pros

    Pretty graphics. Oh yay.

    Cons

    Messed up my java settings and iTunes, and several of my media settings ... took me forever to fix it all once I uninstalled it ... it was a memory hog as well ... customer service is pathetic. I've been running around in circles trying to get a refund since July 2012.

    Summary

    If you buy it, you better want to keep it, because the customer service guys try to say you didn't buy it from bitdefender directly, go talk to Cleverbridge, ad nauseum. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED.

    Ohh, my itunes has been frelled since day one. Could it be due to Bitdefender? I never even thought my anti virus could be the problem...
