  "NOTHING but Trouble!!!!!!"

  Pretty interface.

  Cons

  This program will made my computer experience a nightmare, just like others reviewers have said. Crashes, slow web page loading, inability to update other programs, etc.
  
  None of this was present on my computer when I updated my subscription and downloaded BD 2012.
  
  All that ended when I got a refund and uninstalled it.
  
  Night and day.

  Summary

  This was a good company with a good product. I used their products for several years and thought nothing about continuing my subscription when the old one expired.
  
  All that changed 7-8 weeks ago.
  
  The problems began immediately, and I struggled with this program for the entire time. My computer performance and speed was cut by 2/3. TWO THIRDS!!! at least. It was like I was using dial up on a 686.
  
  Crashes, unable to update, etc., etc. On, and on.
  
  At one point, I was advised that i was still in que with the BD Tech support. IN QUE--FOR 6 WEEKS!!!. I was finally bumped up.
  
  They cannot fix it...and for me, the problems never stopped, until I uninstalled it.
