"can't get a hold of live support"
Seems to protect well.
I'm a user of 2009. I briefly tried 2010. I went back to the familiar 09. I'm going to go back to Norton, because they have more and better ways to get support; including being able to talk to a live person.
Your support options sucks!
I tried 2010 briefly. It seemed like there were options missing. If I could have talked to a live person about the interface maybe they could have straightened me out and I would maybe have stayed with it.
Before I bought your product you said I'd be able to use chat but I can't find it.
You should notify users that virus signatures are updated. Here I've used this product for about 2/3 rds of a year and I'm just hoping the signatures are updated regularly.
