    "Better, faster, uses less resources"

    June 17, 2009  |   By dburr13

    Pros

Uses less resources...installs faster...and scans faster than other security software i have tried.

    Cons

    None so far.

    Summary

The new Norton Internet security blows away the commonly held notion that Norton is a slow...bloated...resource hog...Those who say that now haven't tried NIS '09...I used to use Norton back 5 years ago...and it was a slow in all ways software can be slow...I true resource hog...I tried the updated Norton because i heard it had been improved...I was very skeptical...But it turned out in this case that the improvement was real...It installs in about a minute...and hardly makes any impact on my computers performance...Going back to Norton turned out fine for me...I think it's worth a try for anyone who remembers how slow Norton used to be,
