    "Lives up to its name"

    Pros

    I have different Pwords for every account/website. I never have to ask it to create a new login-Robo does it all I don't know how it measures up to others. I decided to purchase the program because it allowed me to access my Pwords from a website.

    Cons

    Email question for tech support-Answers often vague. Online "Help" Menu also is hard to understand. Not "user-friendly" especially for newbies. I would like to see an "800" or online operator.

    Summary

    Overall this is a great program, but it may take you some time to learn how to use it. I encourage people who are using freebie to upgrade. When you consider the peace of mind you have by letting Robo manage your Pwords, it's cheap!
    PS - I have never had even the slightest bit of problem/glitch useing ROBO. Definitely has paid for itself itself.
