"PDF is 1/10 file size of original document"

    September 28, 2012  |   By robocoprobert

    Pros

Quick pdf conversion process, conversion file is small which is important for reports being sent by email

    Cons

Hyperlinks in MSWord file are lost during conversion

    Summary

PrimoPDF enables me to send Company Reports by email as the size of the pdf files are 1/10 of the original file. The built-in pdf converter in MSOffice 2010 is useless as file size is the same as the original doc which could be as large as 21mb so I can't send the PDF report by email. PrimoPDF converts a 21mb MSWord doc to a 1.5mb pdf file which is perfect for emailing reports.
