    "New version won't install the pdf printer."

    Pros

    Previously a very simple drag and drop process to create a pdf from anything inc EXCEL.

    Cons

    Latest version won't install pdf printer to convert the doc to a pdf on my pc. Old problem on support site forum. Lots of suggested solutions some of which work and some that don't. How long have you got to solve the problem? Not long enough.

    Summary

    Older version worked well for me, current version won't load properly. And Primo support staff cannot tell you why. Me? I'm trying something else from now on. Disappointed.
