    "Doesn't work on XP Pro"

    October 18, 2009  |   By guyhalpe

    None. Didn't work.

What a let down. After using versions 4.x for years without a problem, an 'upgrade' that doesn't work.

    1. Failed to remove older version 4.x
    2. Generates PrimoPDF dialog box - Windows printer monitor comes up in system tray and it seems to be printing, but nothing happens.
    3. Uninstalled older version, rebooted and tried again - still the same result.
4, Removed 5.0 and ran the exe for the older version - which I luckily had on file.
    5. Version 4.1 works perfectly.

Bottom line: terrible upgrade, and I will never recommend this product to anyone again as I have done for the last 2 years. I suspect that the issue is also related to some sort of marketing tie-up with "OpenCandy'.

    What a disappointment.
