"Did exactly what it says and did it well"

    June 27, 2010  |   By jatibi

By being able to adjust the minimum fan level you can help manage the temps inside your mac. Helpful if you have exchanged a hard drive or added memory (causing more heat)

Doesn't have all Mac models, but I installed on my iMac which supposedly isn't supported and it worked great. Got the temp down to where I think is more healthy for the unit.

This is a great program. Highly suggested for any mac user. Allows you to monitor the temp in your status bar tray and has profiles for laptops to adjust for battery operation. Even though this is a free app, this is something I would donate to the developers.
