  This is ridiculous. The software includes a browser component. The manufacturer cannot control what the user does with the browser part of the application. CNET scanned the application and Contact Capture does not put any spyware in our software. We give it away as a loss leader for our other products. When people don't take the time to think it hurts everyone.

  That paragraph just means that In order to have Contact Capture export to the various supported targets, it will include in its install, software developed by the integration partners that allow the user to have access to the varoius export targets or additional features.
  
  There is no Spyware or Adware downloaded.
