"Does not handle all of my video files"

    April 4, 2012  |   By msecour

    Pros

    The price is right.

    Cons

I have a not of DVD-R recordings made from broadcasts. GOM plays these files with a picture that is squeezed in from the sides and this cannot be adjusted satisfactorily for a normal looking picture. Other players, like Cyberlink's PowerDVD, allow for satisfactory adjustments to render a normal picture.

    Summary

If it were not for the flaw in dealing with my DVD-R collection this would be a good product. If it works for others I am happy.
