"Would not play my purchased BluRay DVDS"

    October 8, 2012  |   By Michael903

Extremely nice interface, very user friendly

I attempted three complete downloads/installs without success. The program failed on reading the BluRay DVDs. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro to make sure I got rid of all remnants between installs. I used the on-line request for help with no response. Wasted hours attempting to make this work - thankfully this was with the Trial version.

Hardware summary. I7-975 CPU with 12 GB DDR3. Video 2 GB Radeon HD7950. VluRay DVD drive is an LG BH08LS20K Blu-Ray Writer drive, Hard Drives are (4) WD VelociRaptors in raid 10.
OS: Windows 7, Ultimate all updates.

I would gladly pay the reasonable cost if CyberLink gets the program to work as advertised.
