    "Has a problem"

    June 6, 2009  |   By weirdwallee

Good program - does what it was meant to do

I downloaded a video that had audio encoded as stereo but Tubesucker downloaded it as mono. I emailed them to ask why. They said that was impossible, and then later sent an email saying they didn't care. (Yeah, I got the email to prove it.)

This is an addendum to my previous post. I worked out my problem with Tubesucker. The "I don't care" response was meant to be taken as a joke. Tubesucker is a good program - I will not say it is a great program, though it may be great for many others. It definitely does what it advertises it does.
