    "Bad resolution - real bad!"

    Pros

    I used PD 8 and LOVED it. Good transitions and special effects. Very easy to work with. I loved the free sound effects.
    I had been using Photoshop Elements for Win 7. It crashed every 3 seconds. I contacted them - no help so I went to PowerDirector.

    Cons

    I recently upgraded from PD 8 to PD 10. I'm beginning to think it was a mistake. When the pictures are brought down to the timeline the resolution is not very good. When I use the TV wall and there are 9 pictures on the wall you can't tell what they are.

    Summary

    Cyberlink is working with me. We have been troubleshooting for over two weeks. If we can't get this resolved very soon I'll have to go to another program.
    I recommend downloading the 30 day free trial if you are looking to buy a program. If it works for you you'll find the program is worth every penny. I would go back to PD 8 but now it is screwed up.
