"Simple to use PDF converter."
The software was easy to install and use. I've been using it now for over a year but I'm not a heavy user of the product. Also, I've recommended it to others and it works very well for individual uses. It was exactly what I was looking for when I found it. You don't get support with the free version but ActivePDF does have a user forum where you can find a lot of information and get help with the product for free from fellow users. Also, I've seen posts on the forum from the actual developer too which is an added benefit.
Up until recently, there was nothing about the software that I didn't like. However, I recently installed the software on a Terminal Server so that one of my thin client users could have access to the software and I found that it doesn't work well with Terminal Services. In fact, the only reason I've had to access the user forum for help was due to this issue. I saw on the forum that several people have had the same or a similar issue on Terminal Services but I didn't really see where anyone found a reliable workaround.
