    "Manages nothing from desktop. Only updates and updates."

    Pros

    The Only pros is that it is compatible with a blackberry device.

    Cons

    Media management doesn't work with my 8520, Backup file is very very small that means the backup is not good enough. Cant manage calls and sms from desktop. Every time tries to update the phones software.

    Summary

    Total failure of PC-Mobile connectivity application.
