  "What the heck is wrong with ZA"

  Have just reinstalled zone alarm on a windows 7 computer. I didn't heed the warnings from the reviews on here. I have used ZA for many years and have always found it a great program to have, but this time it didn't show up as installed. However for some reason it completely seized my computer up. Nothing would work. Restarted computer a number of times. Couldn't remove it in safe mode. Did a system restore, and computer now working. Now not in the mood to install again, in case the same problems should occur. Will check back here to see if anyone had these problems, and if these issues get resolved. Shame, it has always been a good program. The only other time I've had a problem was when a version wouldn't install in vista. They fixed that, hopefully they will this.

  Summary

  From my most recent experience - be warned, and as another reviewer said - Set a Restore Point before chancing installing this version of ZA.

  Ps: Correction... I installed on windows XP professional, not windows 7.

  i've had trouble for the last 3 or 4 versions of ZA...blue screens sudden reboots, Win 7 here also...i refuse to go back since Comodo...
