    "Fair to Middle"

    Pros

    While it had many nice features this creater was not the one for me

    Cons

    It took me to a place on the internet that I did not want to be at. Thus it is not as free standing as Microsofts old Front Page program.

    Summary

    Better off trying to locate a used edition of a free standing website creater.
