"Do not use for pages with any server-side scripting"
Pros
it's free, and it have a WYSIWYG view that can be useful for the non-technical.
Cons
It breaks any server-side scripting inside of the page and it removes tabs and spaces that lead the lines.
Summary
If you are editing any page that has any sort of PHP, Perl, etc anywhere in the page... don't. I had a client edit a page, and it "fixed" the PHP to be better HTML (it it's defense, it was just trying to help).
It also isn't for anyone who indents their code for readability.
That said, if you are making a simple page, or a personal home page, it's a perfectly fine little piece of software. I can't say it's the best that is out there, but it works well enough for that.
If you have a page that was done professionally, or by someone who is more tech-savvy, do not edit that page in this program because it's likely to cause things to stop functioning.
That said, meh, I don't really love it, I don't really hate it. There was a point time (when I was a beginner just messing around) where I would have really enjoyed using it.
