Infact, I am at this moment using Operamini 4 on a BREW Qualcomm machine ( the new 3 Skype phone ) and have been doing so for over 2 weeks! In order to download it ( already having downloaded the generic version 3.1 ) I took the risk of clicking on 'Alcatel' ( ie the first listed ) at mini.opera.com and downloaded from there. If this is it not egomania, it may be possible that my notifying 3 network of the fact may have spurred them into action!
