Review: Flow for iOS gives you a place to track projects, assign tasks, and monitor workflow

Keep all of your projects organized and on track with this productivity program.

Flow for iOS is a useful productivity program that lets you manage tasks, assign projects, and ensure optimal workflow. It has an intuitive interface, with quick buttons for navigating across the bottom of the screen. There are also tabs in the bottom right and top left to take you to various less frequently used menus. Sort tasks, set them to recur, and delegate them to other members of your team from your iPad or iPhone no matter where you are.

When you set up Flow, just create your log-in information and get to work. Start a new workspace and create tasks sorted by due date or tag, and then delegate them to other members of your team. Quickly mark tasks as complete by tapping the icon next to it, and view completed tasks with the touch of a button, as well. You can invite other users by entering their e-mail address and selecting whether you'd like to make them an admin, member, or guest. These designations control the amount of access the invitee will enjoy, so you don't have to worry about someone gaining unauthorized access to a project they were not assigned to.

Flow for iOS is free to use with one other person in one workspace, but if you'd like to add more users, you'll have to pay a monthly fee. For up to five users and two workspaces, the cost is $29.99/month, and a team of ten people with five active workspaces is $49.99/month. There are also plans for businesses and corporate accounts. Overall, Flow is a convenient and effective app, but it doesn't do much that other productivity programs don't.
