Review: Sharpen up your shooting skills in Extreme Shooting Adventure

Shoot down soldiers, crates, and bottles in this attractive shooter for Android.

Extreme Shooting Adventure isn't very challenging or innovative, but it is a relatively fun shooter. There is enough here to please most gun fans -- even if the game is really repetitive. If you like neverending shooting games, this one is worth playing.

This game gives you unlimited ammo to shoot down bottles, explosives, munitions crates, and more across a seemingly endless number of levels. You don't get to choose your weapon or choose the level you want to start with, though. Instead, the game starts you at the beginning and advances you to the next level the second you hit enough targets. Hitting targets is easy enough, since you just have to tap the screen where they're falling. They tend to fall faster when you get to the higher levels, but we didn't have much problem blasting through the first dozen or so levels. Extreme Shooting Adventure is loaded with ads -- they come at you right when you first open the game and can often be hard to get off of the screen. Luckily, the game doesn't stop you when you finish a level, so you usually don't have to worry about them popping up mid-game.

Extreme Shooting Adventure is a good way to release some stress by popping shots at random targets. Even though the ads factor heavily against it, this app gives you what you'd expect at the end of the day. If you don't mind the slightly repetitive nature, you'll enjoy this game.
