Review: Create and share photo collages with MIRU Photobook

A variety of cute templates make this app a great option for creatively sharing your images.

MIRU Photobook lets you automatically create collages from your iPhone photo album. It's not the most intuitive app we've ever used, but it has some cute templates and isn't a bad option for creating and sharing photo collages.

MIRU Photobook automatically populates its templates with your most recent images, but you can also select images, manually. There's a large number of fairly high-quality frames to choose from, most of which accommodate between three and five images. We liked it that we were able to reposition and zoom images in and out within the frames. Users can optionally add a date stamp, text, or decorative stamps to their collages, as well. Once you've created and saved your collage, it's easy to share it using LINE, Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, Instagram, WhatsApp, or text message. Sharing collages unlocks access to additional frames, too, so there's an incentive to show friends and family your creations. MIRU Photobook's interface took some getting used to, and even after using it for a while we still found it difficult to do exactly what we wanted on the first try, but this wasn't a significant drawback. Overall, we found MIRU Photobook to be a fun way to create and share photo collages. There are probably similar options that are a little easier to use, but this one is worth checking out.

MIRU Photobook installs and uninstalls without issues.
