Review: Add a customized signature line to your Web-based e-mails with WiseStamp

Customize your e-mail signature line with images, logos, and contact information.

Customize your signature line with WiseStamp Email Signatures, a Firefox plug-in that creates professional looking results with a streamlined interface.

WiseStamp Email Signatures is an Internet Explorer and Firefox extension. You'll notice an icon as soon as you log in to your Web-based account like Gmail or Yahoo Mail. But first, you'll need to get your e-mail address set up. From LinkedIn to Twitter, you can quickly enter your links and add them to your signature line. In fact, this plug-in seems to have all of the bases covered when it comes to how to contact you, follow you, or learn more about you. You can add more than one card, and two, business and personal, are already available as options. If you aren't feeling creative, you can use one of the many easy, well-designed templates and just type your information over the text. You have some text tools, similar to Microsoft Word, so you can make text bold or italicized and change the font, its size, and color. You can further customize your signature line by uploading an image. You can set one as your default, so it's automatically added when you compose a Web-based e-mail, or use the tiny icon to select a card. If you use Outlook to manage your e-mail, WiseStamp won't be an option. This is strictly for your online accounts.

For ease of use and automatic integration into your online e-mail accounts, WiseStamp Email Signatures is an easy sell. It's highly recommended for any level user.
