Review: Wise PC 1stAid solves some of the most common PC problems

Fix many problems related to your PC and Web browsing with just the click of a button.

Wise PC 1stAid is an efficient, intelligent troubleshooting tool that helps users find solutions to some common computer problems. That includes errors related to desktop icons, the task manager, the registry editor, Web pages, and a host of other issues.

Wise PC 1stAid opens to a picturesque interface divided into two sections. The main section contains links to all of the main problems it solves, while the section to the right contains a link to the contact form through which users can contact the tech support forum in case their problem has not been solved. Clicking on each "problem" opens another GUI with a small description of the problem and the solution to it. There is a "Fix Now" button to the right, which starts each process. When clicking to fix some of the problems, the program notifies the user to install additional software such as Wise Care 365 and Wise Memory Optimizer. After completing each process the program asks the user for more feedback regarding how successful it was in solving the problem. If the problem hasn't been solved, the user can easily contact the tech support forum via the same built-in contact form previously mentioned. To complete some of the processes, the user might need to restart their PC. When it comes to solving problems related to the Web browser, the program gives support only for IE. It would have been nice if it supported some other popular browsers such as Firefox and Chrome.

Wise PC 1stAid requires absolutely no advanced knowledge or experience in solving computer issues. Since it fixes any of the supported computer problems with just the click of a button, it is suitable even for novice users.
