Review: SignEasy makes signing digital documents a breeze on your iOS device

Tap and sign your PDF documents and other digital paperwork with this fun iOS app.

SignEasy provides a number of options for digitally signing documents on your touch screen device for quicker, easier management of contracts and forms while on the go. As the fax machine phases out of use, scanners become less available, and people generally look to avoid pricey overnight mailing fees, this is a very useful app -- using the touch screen to accurately capture signatures, securely stamp them, and attach them to documents you can send to colleagues and clients.

SignEasy does not require you to create an account, but it is most useful if you have one. This allows you to save documents and signatures alike to an online account where they can be accessed from any machine. Again, it's not required. You can start and import a document right away from Dropbox, Box, Evernote, or e-mail and then sign it in the app, adding a timestamp, date, and any other information needed to finalize a document. You can then send the signed document back through the app or via mail or a file sharing service. When properly implemented, the app can shave a lot of time off of the signature process, especially if you are on the road a lot.

If you frequently find yourself having to drop by the office just to sign a contract or scan a document you just signed, you'll love SignEasy. It's quick and easy to use, has online syncing options, and is compatible with numerous file sharing services and document types.
