Review: Flow Free lets you connect the dots in hundreds of fun, challenging ways

Connect the dots in this fun, colorful, and quite addictive puzzle game.

Thanks in large part to a high number of levels, Flow Free is an entertaining connect-the-dots game. Unlike similar games, you won't be able to blast through the levels too quickly, either, which adds more depth to an already deep game.

In this game, your goal is to connect dots of the same color with lines. You have to fill up the entire grid to pass a stage, too. There's a time trial mode that's really fun, but it's even more challenging than the basic game, which is tough enough on its own. Flow Free offers 30 stages in six different categories, including a special grid made exclusively for tablets. You can unlock more than 1,000 bonus levels, but you have to buy them in packs that each cost $1. You can buy them all for $4, which also removes the ads. Ads are a little too present in the game, but they don't get in the way. The game gets difficult fast, but this adds replay value, since early levels can be completed in seconds.

With almost 200 levels to start with and thousands more available at a bargain price, this game is a serious value buy. It helps that Flow Free is genuinely fun to play and gives you plenty of challenges. If you like puzzle games, this one is a great download to explore.
