Make free calls internationally, chat, and send messages from your phone with Nimbuzz

Call internationally, chat, and send messages from your phone for free with the help of another web-based communication app.

Similar to other Internet-based communication apps, with Nimbuzz you don't have to directly deal with additional costs when it comes to phone communication. Even though features offered by Nimbuzz are not all that unique, it is still a quite useful app to have and use.

The primary interface of Nimbuzz doesn't differ much from other messaging apps that you might have already seen or used. The standard contacts lists are still displayed by default, and basic options such as chat, calls, and messages are shown at the top menu. Messages are free as always, and calls to other devices without Nimbuzz cost a small fee. However, the bulk of the app's functions lie within the inner community of Nimbuzz users. For example, you can opt to have HD voice calls with other Nimbuzz users regardless of their location around the world. Chat rooms can be made, allowing fellow Nimbuzz users to group together to have a nice discussion. There are also other nifty options, such as IM community identification, that beef up your Nimbuzz contact list. Organization and customization options are also available to help make your own unique version of Nimbuzz.

Compared to other communication apps, the Nimbuzz app really has nothing unique to offer. However, it does its job very well and provides exactly what it's designed to provide. It's just unfortunate that the only thing really missing in this app is the option for video calls. Still, its convenient messaging system is the main attraction.
