Word to Heart is a multifeatured program that helps users to memorize Bible verses on a variety of topics. The program contains several of customizable tools that will accommodate any learning style.

The program's interface is not the most beautiful we've ever seen, but it's fairly intuitive and allows users to access the program's major functions with ease. The Help file comes as a Word document and addresses basic use of the program. Where the program really shines is in its multiple tools for helping memorization. Users can choose from a variety of predefined topics and see a list of related verses, or they can select verses on their own (a full Bible is included). To help with memorization, the program shows the selected verses a few words at a time, encouraging users to learn each verse bit by bit. Users can optionally view the verses over attractive nature scenes and listen to instrumental versions of popular hymns, which is a nice effect. Other tools to help with memorization include a flash card feature and a quiz. Is it possible to learn Bible verses just using the Bible? Of course--people have been doing it for ages. But is Word to Heart a more fun and effective way? We think so.
