Create Floor Schedules for Your Agents is an Excel spreadsheet that has been formatted to help organize schedules of workers. Through various tabs, this download aims to assist users who need to manage the workload of several people, though its trial version is hard to evaluate.

The spreadsheet is a color-coded set of columns and rows that represent every possible aspect of workers' schedules. Six tabs are divided at the bottom of the screen (Agents, Input, Expected, Pre-Scheduling, Scheduling, and Assignments), and each represents things like vacations, available hours each day, holidays, and various jobs that need to be completed. The tabs also offer plenty of opportunities to look at totals from every conceivable angle.

However, it was difficult getting a sense of how well these tabs played together since this trial comes as a read-only file. Users are given a glimpse of the program, but not the keys to the car. The program has a dizzying number of fillable fields, which could lead to some confusion, but we just cannot say for certain. If you are looking to organize your assignments, this could be a nice option if you are willing to take a risk.
