this is the greatest toorent client i've ever used. I've tried others but Utorrent's UI is so easy to use and offers features that really make my life easier.

It is pronounced either as "you" torrent or "micro" torrent and not "mu" as in the greek letter. The author of utorrent said so;

have been using utorrent for a while (1.6 and then 1.7). one day i logged on to it and it said that the version 1.8 was available and that i should upgrade, which i did. I scanned my computer 2 days ago using CA yahoo antispy and it said utorrent contained a trojan and i immediately deleted it.
This is the second time i've tried to get a newer version of utorrent and it's been flagged as malware.
If that is true, then, i think it's really terrible.
The first time, it was a download of a later edition from filehippo and then this.
Have removed it from my computer
