Bold, stylish Zune themes are a knockout

by Jessica Dolcourt

Microsoft started it. And this time we can all give thanks.

The Seattle giant's search for a sleek, cool iPod competitor produced the Zune, and the Zune's youth culture appeal produced Microsoft's Zune-flavored desktop theme. Couple that with the Firefox Zune theme created by the prolific theme meister Brett Bodine--also known as Bodizzle--and you've got yourself a bold, sleek screenscape in orange and black gradations, with just enough strokes of white for emphasis.

I'm sorry if I am wrong.... but, I thought, this zune theme came out really long time ago because i have been using it for a pretty while....

Actually, I liked orange "start" button when I installed it at the first time, but i couldn't stand the highlighted color when a cursor moves over select files. However, then, the "tweak UI" could change those color easily, so i like all about this theme..... really cool,,

i always had this when i used xp, looked better than the three standard themes and didn't totally screw up your machine like windowblinds did.

This theme has a really ugly orange start button. If you want more selection (Including a royal blue and a royal black theme with a nice start button) try this:

Cool, I'm going to download these when I get home. I'd like them to release the Zune software background patterns as a desktop background too.

this is a pleasant alternative to the lame blue, green, and silver - but i still think Royale Noir, the M$ created and never "officially" released theme for XP is better.

Uhh.. I've had this theme for a very long time, at least since last summer. In fact I'm using it right now.
