Version: 4t Tray Minimizer Free 4.40
Pros: Totally simple and totally configurable. Also light. Initially it puts two additional buttons (hide/tray) next to close button, but that is configurable also.
Cons: Still none. Maybe they could get nicer tray icon for their application.

Pros: Wow, this is really great. I have stock charts open at work. So, I have to be careful when management comes over to ask work related questions. I was always nervous that they could see the minimized icon on the taskbar saying "XYZ Company Chart".
No need to worry anymore! I can simply hide the windows to a single icon on the task bar!
Plus, it does free up the taskbar considerably under normal working conditions. That alone makes it GREAT!
I need to learn how to use the short-cut keys so as to really make stuff 'dis-appear'!
You'll love this program.
Cons: No Cons. Truly a great utility.

Pros: The best software doesn't have frills and does what it's supposed to. I've been using this for a couple of years and never had an issue. Best of all it's free!
Cons: I don't like the buttons it adds on the Title Bar, but guess what? You can just disable that feature!
