Conversion of the ever popular FLV to anything else such as mp4 is not listed. Therefore, for me it's useless.

This program has the most options and gives the best quality converts over any other program I have tried. I'm surprised by the small number of downloads on here. Can convert multiple files and split. Supports a nice list for output format.

I don't like that it is not free, but what are ya gunna do?
