"Freezes explorer."

Can't find any due to my ignorance

Maybe some programming knowledge needed?
Summary
The program freezes explorer frequently and I can;t get it to fill a form and extract data for the life of me. Two stars because I'm sure I'm part of the problem, but it's not as easy as it portrays itself.
