- iMacros works with more websites than any other macro software we tested
- Great support: We have been a customer since early 2006 and their support is great
- Dedicated support ticket system
- Good user forum - You can check the support quality for yourself by looking at all the helpful replies of their tech support in their public user forum

Program is fast and accurate with many options.
Cons
Don't get into trouble or try to add or upgrade as your money may be GONE. Customer service outside of the web FAQ's etc is terrible.
