Pros
Installed without any more problems than telling it to use Windows XP for compatibility.
Cons
No native Windows 7 drivers, even if it is over 10 years old.
Summary
Being an old favorite in IT circles...this card is built like a tank. While not being sold anymore...it is worth updating the drivers.
