  "STAY AWAY FILLED WITH BROWSER HIJACKERS!!!"

  Pros

  It played a 3GP video file just fine.

  Cons

  - Installation process is terrible, you have to un-click tons of things, and unclicking them seems to have no effect anyhow.
  - Software barely works. I wanted to fast forward a bit in the video and that didn't work. Maybe software or video files fault.
  - FILLED ALL THE BROWSERS ON MY SYSTEM UP WITH HIJACKERS AND CHANGED ALL MY HOME PAGES AND SEARCH ENGINES. IT TOOK ME 2HRS TO CLEAN OUT ALL THE STUFF, SOMEONE LESS COMPUTER LITERATE THEN THE DAMAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN PERMANENT.

  Summary

  STAY AWAY. This software is not worth the trouble, not by any means. If you made the mistake I did, to clean up your system do this:
  1.) one at a time for each browser installed on your system change your search engine back
  2.) for each browser change your home page back
  3.) for each browser disable and uninstall all the add-ons this installed.
  4.) Go to add-remove programs in control panel, sort by date program installed to identify things installed today, there will be like 5 programs to remove. Remove them each one at a time.
  5.) update your virus software and run a full system scan
  6.) optional to run hijack this software and anti-malware-bytes software to clean anything else up.
  7.) Write a review to warn others about this.

  "SUPER Program"

  All the features we need to review our paranormal videos from our investigations. different speeds, zooms, ect awesome

  None as of yet found by my WHPS - West Houston Paranormal Society Tech Team

  Summary

  I am Lead Tech for the WHPS West Houston Paranormal Society investigation team. All of our techs are running this progeram to review our video evedience. Allowing us to speed, slow, zoom or what ever alse to get to the truth in our videos.

  "Beware! Adware and Toolbars"

  Nothing here

  Cons

  The application crashes very often
  It installs weird toolbar. Changes your search engine on the browser.
  CNET should not encourage such annoying approaches to selling advertisements and giving free software.

  Summary

  Install Windows Classic Player, Open source.

  "Please do not load!"

  I didn't find any at all

  Cons

  I received no video with the file, only audio then it started skipping like an old recorded. My system locked up and will not reboot.

  Summary

  I was very disappointed. I'm a basic user so I trust that CNET would steer me in the right direction. (It has in the past). My system is now locked up, it will not reboot, I can't access the recovery drive, mouse/keyboard don't respond. Now I have to take my PC to get it repaired because 3G Player just took me out of the game. CNET please remove this software from you site. After reading some of the other comments, it seems that this software is full of viruses.
  People like me trust in you...you let me down with this one.

  "Does not work!"
