"Will not even open"

Summary
It took 2 1/2 hrs with dial up to d/l and then once you go to execute the file it does nothing at all.
Using the ctrl/alt/delete keys lets you know that it was running in the background then nothing!!!
I d/l'd this last night also and did same. Downloaded today thinking that maybe the files were somehow corrupted during the d/l but NO! Same results!! -
