    "It works, but not effectively"

    Pros

    It works if you got a great video card and/or memory.

    Cons

    First, it's slow! It takes approximently 4 minutes to load on my computer. I think it is because it hogs a regulary video card. Maybe if you has a super game card, it might be better. I had better luck with AutoCad.
    Second, it has a 5 room limit.

    Summary

    Unless you have the lastest in game video cards and plan on a 5 room max house, don't bother with this program.
