"Great Free Softphone"

Pros
Easy to use with ability to use more than 1 account. The recording of calls is a good feature as well as its compatibility with Windows 7
Cons
Would like to be able to export and import address books so that the notebook that is used when traveling can be kept up to date with info on the main computer.
Summary
Would recommend this phone for all users who need a good softphone.

Pros
Very flexible with a ton of features plus a easy to use interface. No flashing ads, quick setting for changing ip's for internal/external, excellent customization options, easy to use with a touchscreen all-in-one pc.
Cons
I could not find any documentation on how to set it up or what features it had, but I didn't need any. I can understand how it could help others.
Summary
I came from the x-lite softphone and was very happy to find this product.

What if you are a novice to this stuff? There is nothing to denote where you get the VOIP # or SIP....so practically useless to someone who has never used VOIP.
